Cooper posted 4.0 FFPC points in Week 1 and carries a 301 ADP, which is the market telling you he was a lottery ticket before the ankle. He is on 70.4% of rosters, which says more about draft-day optimism than anything he has done. Cut him for a body that plays this week. Keep him only if your bench is already empty of anything useful, which would be its own problem.
