The Six
Six people, five Sharp Picks a week each, a side on every game, and a record kept the way the Sharp Model’s is: frozen at the line, graded when the score lands, misses shown.
Meet the Six
The Six are taking their seats. Their names, their picks and their records appear here as each one signs in and makes a first card.
How the records are kept
Each Sharp makes two entries a week. The Sharp Picks are up to five games with a side and one to three stars; they make the Sharp picks record, and that record ranks the table. The card is a side on every game of the week with no stars; it makes the overall record. A Sharp Pick is a side on the card too, and the two cannot disagree.
A row is saved with the line at the moment of the save and can be changed until the game kicks off; after that the side and the line are what they are. Every save is logged. The grade is against the line at the last save, the way the Sharp Model’s is, and the closing line is recorded beside it so a pick can be measured against the market’s last word as well as the score.
A Sharp is ranked once they have 10 graded Sharp Picks; under that they are listed with the count and no rank. The Sharp Model is on the table on the same terms, its picks at three stars and up as its Sharp Picks and every live row as its card. Commentary on the Sharp Model’s picks is each Sharp’s own words, printed under the pick with their name on it. This page is a record, kept in public. It is not a recommendation to do anything with it.
