Tuten dropped 29.9 last week and is still only questionable, so don't bury him yet. Rodriguez is the handcuff you stash, not the one you start blind, especially against a Baltimore front. Ten-point favorites in a 39.5 total means whoever's healthy eats volume. Hold Tuten, add Rodriguez if he's loose in your league, and check the inactive list before you lock lineups.
