Ravens rumors: Derrick Henry put on trade watch as season goes down drain with injuries

A 32-year-old on a sinking 10-point underdog is trade bait, not a building block. He's rostered everywhere, so don't panic-cut him off a rumor, but the workload cliff is real if he lands somewhere with a committee. Baltimore's offense is already limping at a 39.5 total, and a trade only adds uncertainty about volume. Hold for now since you can't replace him on waivers, but temper expectations hard.
