A former Cowboy airing team grievances on a podcast is not an injury report or a target-share memo. Pickens is rostered everywhere that matters and sits 100% owned for a reason. Nothing here changes his role, his opponent, or his projection. Leave him in your lineup and leave this story to the people who get paid to care about locker-room politics.
