Week 9 fantasy tight end rankings: Top TE streamers, starts
USA TODAY Sports' Week 9 tight end rankings note that George Kittle, Isaiah Likely and Dalton Schultz all return from byes, and slot them among the top-10 options at the position.
Fantasy managers will get George Kittle, Isaiah Likely and Dalton Schultz back after a week off. Who else ranks in the top 10 at tight end?
Sharp take
Sharp SixStartThree tight ends come off a bye and only one of them is a decision already made. Kittle has a 51.5 total and a 10-point spread in front of him, 19.8 FFPC points in his last outing, and he starts in TE premium regardless of what any ranking says. Likely is the trap: 39.5-point game in Philadelphia, 4.2 points last time out, and a value over replacement of 0.3, which is another way of saying he is the waiver wire with a draft pedigree. Schultz is a bye-week patch at a 40.5 total, nothing more. Start Kittle, bench Likely, and only run Schultz if your alternative is an empty slot.
